If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL). Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements.

Do I Pay Tax On My Purchase?

If your order is shipped within Hawaii, 4.16% G.E. Tax will be added to the product total.

How do I place an Order?

Ordering from our website is easy-peasy with our online shopping cart. If you prefer to call in your order, feel free to give us a ring at 808-264-0701 Monday – Friday from 9 am – 5 pm Hawaii Standard Time.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You do not need to set up an account to place your order. You can always check out as a guest. You may want to set up an account for ease of future shopping with us and to view previous orders. Seyana Jewelry does not hold credit card information and we do not share your personal information except where needed as in shipping with USPS.

What if a piece arrives damaged?

At Seyana Jewelry we take pride in our handmade pieces and strive to create each one with expertise and care.

When inspecting your order, please keep in mind that druzy,  semi-precious gems and freshwater pearls are an organic product that vary in shape, color, and size and will not appear exactly the same as machine-made components such as Swarovski Pearls. We use high-quality beads but some small blemishes and imperfections are natural and contribute to the unique beauty of your piece.

Please inspect your items upon arrival. Contact Us within 48 hours to report any damage.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

If you’ve placed your order and you find you need to cancel (boo-hoo) or change something, Contact Us and we will be around to help ASAP. If your order has already shipped, you will be responsible for all shipping charges to and from the destination.

How Do I Track My Order?

When your order ships you will receive an Email confirmation with your USPS tracking number. Please keep that handy if you’d like to check up on the status of your shipment. If something has not arrived in a timely matter, feel free to Reach Out.

How Can I Return a Product?

If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase you are welcome to exchange it or receive a full refund for the purchase price of the jewelry within 30 days of our ship date. To qualify for an exchange or return, items must be in their new and original condition with original packaging.

We are also happy to work with you to create the piece you’ll love.

Return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer; there are no refunds on original shipping. Shipping with a tracking number and insurance is best to be sure it makes it back to Maui safe and sound. The full product cost will be credited to your original payment method within 10-14 business days of the item being received at our office.

Should you be exchanging the piece, we will cover the cost of shipping your new item.
