At Seyana Jewelry we take pride in our handmade pieces, and take care to imbue each piece with aloha.

When inspecting your order, please keep in mind that pearls and semi-precious gems are an organic product that vary in shape, color and size and will not appear exactly the same as machine made components. We use high-quality beads but some small blemishes and imperfections are natural and contribute to the unique beauty of your piece(s).

We carefully choose the best pearls and semi-precious gem beads for each piece, some being more similar and some more freeform or natural looking as called upon by the design.

If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase please let us know, and we can work with you to create the piece you’ll love.

Exchanges and Returns

You are also welcome to exchange or receive a full refund for the purchase price of the jewelry within 20 days of our invoice/ship date.

Please contact us , and we will forward the instructions for returns. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer; there are no refunds on original shipping.
Returns must be in their new and original condition and packaging. The full product cost will be credited to your original payment method within 10-14 business days of the item being received at our office. Please do not return an item until you receive written instructions from Seyana Jewelry.
Should you be exchanging the piece, we will cover return shipping as well as the cost of shipping your new item.

Damages and Claims

Please inspect your items before signing the delivery receipt. If obvious damage to shipping packaging has been found, please decline the shipment and inform the carrier to make a note on the delivery paperwork. Please contact Seyana Jewelry at 808-281-5883 or via email within 24 hours to report any damage.


As our pieces are carefully handmade with quality materials, you should not experience any problems as long as the item is cared for properly. Please see our “About The Jewelry” page on how to best care for your item(s).

If in the rare instance you do require a repair, please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the extent of the damage and material required, a small repair cost may be incurred.

We reserve the right to adjust the pricing of our items at anytime. All items shipped to a Hawaii address will be charged a 4.16% retail sales tax.

If you prefer to order by check print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the "Review and Pay" page, then mail the form to Seyana Jewelry. P.O. Box 1707, Makawao, HI 96768.
Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping merchandise paid by money order or personal check.
